Use the cheese to lure them either into a dangerous situation (such as on a bed of knives) or into a zone where you can easily drop poison onto them. Launch the poison and cheese over obstacles such as pickle jars and swinging pendulums. Herd the mice into pots, or into the same areas in order to get a better poison shot.
